We want you to love our products as much as we do. So if you are not totally satisfied, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase, and we will be happy to assist you. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items. Please Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return a product, please send an email to email@example.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that your return is sent via a trackable courier service such as Australia Post, FedeX, DHL or purchase shipping insurance for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. BAESIC will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. If you were gifted a Baesic product, we will need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt to process the return. We will be able to provide you with a site credit for the value of your return if the item shipped directly to you.
When your BAESIC order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders placed before 11AM (AEST) on business days will be shipped the same day. How exciting! Orders made after 11am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. This however excludes public holidays.
