YOUR ORDERS

Q. When will you ship my order?
A. We process orders within 1-2 business days. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A.Typically 1-2 business days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to a week.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
A. If you want to change your order please email us at hello@baesic.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, please check our returns and refunds policy HERE.

Q. Once I have placed an order, can I change my delivery address?
A. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@baesic.com.au . We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Q. Can I return a Baesic product?
A.You can read all about our return and refund policy HERE.

Q. Do I have to pay the return shipping cost?
A. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that you use a reputable shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Q. Who can use Baesic Products?
A. Baesically everyone. It’s for you, your bae, your best friend, and your aunt's neighbours brother in law.

Q. Are Baesic products for all skin types?
A. Yes. Our gentle yet powerful formulas are effective on every skin type--even sensitive skin.

Q. Can I use Baesic products if I have acne?
A. Yes, we personally recommend using the Love Letter toning mist, that prevents breakouts.

Q. Is Baesic safe to use during pregnancy?
A. Most of our products are designed to be suitable to use during pregnancy, however, as your skin can change so much during pregnancy, we always recommend checking any of your beauty products, including ours, with your doctor before using as this can be a really sensitive time for your skin.

Q. Are all Baesic products made from natural and organic ingredients?
A. Yes. We wouldn’t like it any other way.

Q. Do you test your products on animals?
A. We test on real people, not animals. All ingredients are 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

Q. Does Baesic contains artificial fragrance or any other chemical?
A. All Baesic products are free of fragrance, sulphates, parabens or any other harmful chemical

Q. What are the expiry dates of the products?
A. All of our products can be used for 12 months after opening. but we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue. Please note that prolonged exposure to high temperatures, humidity and exposure to sunlight or air may adversely impact any formulation.

Q. Will I experience any breakouts after using Baesic products?
A. If you do experience a small break out, don’t worry. Sometimes making a switch to natural products can cause a temporary 'detox' of the skin, (in the way of small breakouts, or even some dryness) because your skin is not used to something so pure
